Processing & Documentation Fees
The Central Board of Professional Excellence (CBPE), a unit of Lernow Skills Council, prescribes the following
processing and documentation fees for professional recognitions and honours.
All fees are charged towards evaluation, verification, documentation, certification, and administrative compliance.

- Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Payment of fees does not guarantee award or recognition.
- Fees are strictly for processing, evaluation, documentation, certification, and administrative services.
- CBPE recognitions are non-academic and non-statutory in nature.
Processing & Documentation Fees – Payment Statute
All processing and documentation fees payable to the Central Board of Professional Excellence (CBPE),
a unit of Lernow Skills Council, shall be remitted only through the officially notified payment channels.

Processing and documentation fees are non-refundable once the application
has been submitted or processed, irrespective of approval or rejection.

CBPE does not authorize any individual, agent, or third party to collect fees in personal accounts.
Applicants are advised to avoid unauthorized intermediaries.
